RUSSIA: The Russian prison service caught a cat being used as a courier to smuggle banned cellphones and chargers into a prison camp. The suspicious feline’s illegal mission was foiled when he was spotted climbing the fence of the region’s Number One corrective labour camp with two cellphones, batteries and chargers strapped to its back using tape.
Prison guards interrogated the cat on possible co-conspirators and how the cat had planned to deliver the loot to the inside. One guard, who wished to remain anonymous, reported that the cat only said, “I ain’t no snitch.” The cat is facing smuggling charges and is being held without bond.

UTAH: Police in Utah spotted an erratic driver and engaged a chase on the vehicle. Deputies tried to stop the car about 45 miles outside of Salt Lake City but the car didn’t come to a rest until it reached a driveway in a residential area. To their surprise, a seven-year old jumped from behind the wheel and fled inside the house. Turns out the seven-year old stole his father’s car to avoid going to church.
Deputies declined to bring charges against the child. There’s been no word from the Church.
