CHICAGO: Schyler Truesdell, a doorman for Epic Restaurant in Chicago, could not have imagined that a polite greeting would have ended in a lawsuit. But it did when Plaintiff Kelli Belpedio claimed the greeting caused her breast implant to collapse. The complaint alleges that when the doorman squeezed her against his body, she felt a pain in the right side of her chest and a pressure against her right arm. When she awoke the next day, the breast had deflated. Truesdell is described in the lawsuit as “a former college football offensive linemen who weighed approximately 300 pounds.”
Belpedio believes it was Truesdell’s hug that caused the breast implant to lose its busty appeal. What’s a burst breast worth? $50,000 in damages.

In the deposition, Deen admitted using the N-word and from there, the landslide of allegations rained down with such force that the Food Network dropped her like a hot buttered potato. GERMANY: Falling asleep on the job could cost millions — and another colleague his job. Just ask one tremendously tired German bank employee who fell asleep on his keyboard and accidently transferred $293 million dollars into an account where it didn’t belong. The bank immediately corrected the error but fired the employee’s colleague who let the mistake slip by.Talk about a bad day at work.
The 48-year old colleague sued for fallacious firing and won. The court ruling: Give the man his job back! No word on whether cat-napping Ned was also canned.
