A man clearly bothered by something more than just a slice of cheese on a hamburger went rabid when a Wendy’s employee got the order wrong. That wrong order screw up led to a very loud and abusive scolding of the employee. The employee who kept his or her cool gets high marks as does the corporation for issuing an explanation for how the company tries to make good on human error. But this guy’s aggressive behavior was not only “not nice,” it comes dangerously close being called a Disorderly Conduct: Acting in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another person and/or using abusive words which by their very utterance tend to incite a breach of peace. His tone of voice, threatening body language, use of profane language and calling the employees sons of b***** could very well qualify.
